Common Questions
The 6-Week Couples Group Program is a structured, ongoing format where couples meet regularly alongside other couples to build communication skills and relationship tools over time. The 3-Day Couples Intensive is a private, immersive experience designed for deeper, accelerated work — ideal for couples seeking focused progress in a shorter timeframe.
At this time, our services are offered on a private-pay basis and are not billed directly to insurance. Some clients may be able to seek reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. We are happy to provide documentation to support that process upon request.
That is exactly what the free consultation is for. We will listen to what you are navigating and help you determine the best fit based on your goals, schedule, and what your relationship needs most right now.
Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual options. Couples Intensives are typically held in person to support the depth of the work. Group programs and consultations may be available via telehealth depending on availability.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know you and your relationship. We will explore what brings you in, what you are hoping to work toward, and begin building a foundation of safety and trust. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready for.
Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the therapeutic relationship. What you share in sessions is private, with limited exceptions required by law (such as imminent safety concerns). We will review confidentiality policies in detail during intake.
